A palm tree.
I have seen palm trees before in the more tropical areas of our nation, and in the Caribbean and in Mexico...
But palm trees in the ATL?
Hmm... shocking. I didn't know they grew here in the ATL.
...And it makes me want to go on vacation!

We're getting a lot of them too. Seem like they're using palms to replace most of the trees that were lost because of Katrina. Don't be surpised if you begin to see parrots around. We have a slew of parrots in the city and they love date palms.
